Opportunity for aspiring Valuers
Position: Valuation Standards Development Associate
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Competitive salary (based on expertise).
Contractual (Full Time)
Role Description:
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing valuation standards documents.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of work
  • Conducting research and analysis on valuation methodologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in meetings with industry experts and regulatory bodies.
Selection Criteria:
  • Graduation degree in B Tech, B Arch, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team as well.
  • Familiarity with valuation methodologies and standards (e.g., IVSC, ASA) is a plus.

Publication Board Application
Position: Publication Board Visiting Member
Location: preferably Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development and enhancement of publications.
2. Assessment of placed publications by providing valuable insights and expertise in the field of valuation or related areas.
3. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to drive the publication's success.
Qualifications:
1. Background in education, preferably in colleges, schools, or universities.
2. Previous experience in editorial roles or publication boards or of any publications

Office Executive - Coordination and Communication
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, appointments for senior management. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
2. Communication:
Draft and issue important communications, memos, and announcements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
3. Documentation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
4. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Assist in the coordination of office events, conferences, and workshops.

Requirements:
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2. Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or similar role.
  • 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
